中西医治疗80例消化性溃疡患者的疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of 80 Cases of Peptic Ulcer Patients

目的探讨和分析中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将我院2011年1月～2014年1月期间收治的消化性溃疡患者随机抽取80例，按随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用甲硝唑联合阿莫西林对其进行治疗，观察组在此基础上给予中药调理治疗，两组患者疗程均为4周，对比两组患者溃疡愈合情况，并对幽门螺杆菌（HP）消除情况进行检测后比较。结果治疗后观察组的溃疡愈合情况及幽门螺杆菌的清除情况明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且腹胀、反酸等其他表现均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗对消化性溃疡患者治疗效果较好，能有效提高幽门螺杆菌的清除率，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objetive To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in the treatment of 80 cases of peptic ulcer patients. Methods From January 2011 to January 2014,80 cases with peptic ulcer were selected and randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. Control group were given metronidazole combined amoxicillin and treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine additionally. After four courses of treatment, the quality of ulcer healing and the elimination of Helicobacter pylori（Hp） were observed. Results The quality of ulcer healing and the elimination of Hp in treatment group were better than control group, and the occurrence of abdominal distension and reflux were lower than control group.The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer patients showed a better effect, and effectively improved the elimination rates of Hp. This treatment program is worthy of clinical application.
