基于变电站模拟支柱绝缘子的汕头电网自然积污特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 正常工作电压下的绝缘子,由于表面污秽物的堆积,在阴雨、大雾等恶劣天气的作用下容易发生污闪,对电网设备的安全运行构成严重威胁.对汕头供电局辖区内的变电站模拟支柱绝缘子的自然积污情况进行了研究.结果表明:模拟支柱绝缘子自然积污特征与地理位置、积污时间段有关,不同积污时间段、不同测量点的污秽度存在差异;不同积污期间,模拟支柱绝缘子表面等值盐密变化小,灰密变化分散性大;模拟支柱绝缘子表面灰密累积速度大于盐密累积速度;汕头供电局辖区内变电站污秽等级主要为b级或c级;运行中变电站应关注装设的模拟支柱绝缘子污秽变化情况,并及时对重污秽的站点采取应对措施.研究结果对汕头电网的污区图绘制、变电站绝缘子表面污秽的清扫以及外绝缘的选择具有参考价值. Because of contamination deposition,insulators are easy to flashover under normal working voltage in severe weathers,such as rain,heavy fog,and so on,which seriously threats the reliability of the electric equipments in power grids. The contamination deposition characteristics of simulated post insulators for the transformer substations in Shantou Power Grid were researched. The results show that the natural contamination deposition characteristics of simulated post insulators are related to geographic locations and contamination depositing periods,the contamination degree is different with different contamination depositing periods and different measuring points,the variation of the equivalent salt deposit density of simulated post insulators is not obvious,while the variation of the non-soluble deposit density of simulated post insulators has a big dispersity,The accumulation rate of the non-soluble deposit density on the surface of simulated post insulators is more serious than that of the equivalent salt deposit density,the contamination grade of the transformer substations in Shantou Power Bureau is mainly b or c,the variation of contamination of simulated post insulators should be timely observed during the operation of transformer substations,and the countermeasures should be adopted to treat heavy contamination points by observed results. These research results provide some references for the plotting of contamination regions in Shantou Power Grid,the cleaning for insulators in transformer substations and the choice of external insulation.
