血管紧张素转化酶插入/缺失基因多态性与脑梗死相关性研究进展

摘要 血管紧张素转化酶是体内肾素-血管紧张素系统的关键酶之一,其插入/缺失基因多态性可能参与各种心脑血管疾病的病理生理过程。脑梗死作为一种多因素疾病,与环境以及遗传背景等因素相关,与血管紧张素转化酶基因多态性相关性研究结果也存在争议。本文就血管紧张素转化酶插入/缺失基因多态性与脑梗死相关性研究进行综述。 The insertion / deletion polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme gene is one of the key enzyme of renin- angiotensin system,is possibly involved in the pathophysiology of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Cerebral infarction,as a multifactorial disease,is associated with genetic background and environmental factors. Also,study results of relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction are still controversial. This review aims at summarizing the researches in recent years about angiotensin converting enzyme gene insert / deletion polymorphism and cerebral infarction.
