摘要
以马来酸酐、丙烯酸、十二醇、十四醇、十六醇以及十八醇为原料合成马来酸酐-丙烯酸高碳醇酯,通过静态结蜡法对其防蜡效果进行评价,筛选出马来酸酐-丙烯酸十六醇酯作防蜡剂,并对其合成条件进行正交优化。结果表明,当单体物质的量为5∶1,引发剂用量为反应物质量的1.5%,溶剂为反应物质量的10%,在反应温度50℃、反应时间4 h时,制备的马来酸酐-丙烯酸十六醇酯防蜡率可达81.85%。现场运用选择适宜的防蜡剂加量,能起到较好防蜡效果。
Maleic anhydride- long chain alkyl acrylate was synthesized with maleic anhydride,acrylic acid,dodecanol,tetradecanol,hexadecanol and octadecanol as the materials. Maleic anhydride- cetanol acrylate was chosen as the paraffin inhibitor by evaluating the paraffin inhibition effect of maleic anhydride- long chain alkyl acrylate,and orthogonal optimization was conducted for the conditions of synthesizing maleic anhydride-cetanol acrylate. The results have shown that the paraffin inhibition percent can reach 81. 85% when the molar ratio of monomers is 5: 1,the mass ratio of initiator to reactant is 1. 5%,the mass ratio of solvent to reactant is 10%,the reaction temperature is 50 ℃,and the reaction time is 4 h. The suitable addition amount of this paraffin inhibitor is good inhibitory effect on paraffin when it is used at site.
