介绍我国文化创意和设计服务市场中广告业市场、文化软件市场、工程勘察设计市场的建设现状,指出目前我国文化创意和设计服务市场建设中取得的主要成就、存在的主要问题,提出我国文化创意和设计服务市场的完善措施。
