摘要 在提花织物的纹理上进行精准定位印花,通过织印结合的设计方法来实现面料的效果创新。分析了基于提花纹理的织印一体化创新面料的设计原理与方法,从织印结合的面料设计效果出发,将数码化的图案分离成提花图层和印花图层两部分。提花图层用于提花织物的结构设计,再根据提花面料的结构纹理效果进行印花图层设计,用精准对位的数码印花技术在提花纹理上进行印花。通过设计实践,采用织印结合方法获得的面料表面兼具提花的立体感、层次感和印花的丰富色彩,面料表面"织印"效果融为一体,效果新颖,为数码化的面料设计创新提供新的方法和借鉴。 Accurate positioning and printing are conducted on texture of jacquard fabric. Fabric effect innovation is achieved through combining weaving and printing. The article analyzes the design principles and methods of innovative fabric which integrates weaving and printing based on jacquard weave texture. Starting from design effect of fabrics integrating weaving and printing,digital pattern is separated into two layers: jacquard layer and printing layer. Jacquard layer is used for structure design of jacquard. Printing layer is designed according to the structure texture effect of jacquard fabrics. Then,accurate digital printing technology is used to print on jacquard texture. It finds through practice that the surface of fabric gained through integration of weaving and printing owns dual effects of jacquard 3D effect and printed multicolor effect. It is a novel and creative design. This paper provides a new method and reference for innovation of digital fabric design.
