摘要
采用分析产品全生命周期和企业发展历程的研究方法,对公司产品设计与研发的各种系统化策略进行了研究.结果表明:在公司不同的发展阶段,企业要推行相对稳定的跟随型、收缩战略型、巩固堆砌型、创新进取型等不同模式的系统化产品研发策略,企业还要打破常规经营模式,穿插引入突击型、稳健型等不同模式的研发和营销组合战术方法,才能有效提升企业竞争力.
By utilizing the method of tracking product lifecycle and development processes of enterprise, a variety of systematic strategies on research and development(RD) of product are studied. The findings reveal that the enterprises at different stages of development and with the different natures tend to adopt different modes on RD strategy. The results show that, when the enterprise is in some particular periods such as growth, crisis, stabilization, improvement, secondary stabilization, fading, etc, the enterprises prefer to try as many kinds RD strategies as possible according to stages that the enterprises are at, including the stable follow-up, contracting, stand-up, innovation. It is suggested that the enterprises should not cling to conventional outdated business models and instead bring in new marketing strategies and try different models of RD for better competitiveness of enterprise.
