摘要
知识冲突普遍存在于知识型团队中。在分析冲突、知识冲突、图书馆咨询团队知识冲突及其类型的基础上,搭建了图书馆咨询团队知识冲突理论模型。该模型以组织学习作为中介变量,详细地诠释了知识冲突与咨询团队服务创新绩效关系间的内在影响机制和途径。图书馆咨询团队知识冲突是一项系统工程,可以从以科学发展观看待咨询团队整体知识冲突、以知识分享与交流化解咨询馆员间知识冲突、以开放的知识冲突管理规范降低咨询团队与咨询馆员间知识冲突等方面着手,建立图书馆咨询团队知识冲突的管理机制。
Knowledge conflict is common in a knowledge team.Based on an analysis of the conflict,knowledge conflict,knowledge conflict of library reference team,the paper builds a theoretical model for knowledge conflict of library reference team.The model considers organization learning as a mediating variable,explains in detail the influential mechanism and ways of intrinsic relationship between knowledge conflict and library reference team.Knowledge conflict of library reference team is a systematic project,which can be reviewed by scientific development view,resolved by knowledge sharing and exchanging,and reduced by knowledge management standard.And finally,a management mechanism is established.
