糠醛抽出油调合生产道路沥青的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以茂名分公司生产的多种减压渣油为基本原料、4大类糠醛抽出油(A1、A2、A3、A4)作为调合组分,考察生产合格道路石油沥青的可行性。试验结果表明:A3、A4两类糠醛抽出油效果好,A2类糠醛抽出油应尽可能少用或不用,A1类糠醛抽出油则不可用。通过回归分析,发现了调合沥青的针入度与糠醛抽出油加入量之间存在着良好的指数关系,建立了数学模型,该模型能够较好地指导沥青生产实践,可操作性强。 Taking a variety of vacuum residues as basic raw materials and 4 types of furfural extract oil(A1,A2,A3,A4) as blending components(all produced by MPCC),the feasibility of production of qualified road asphalts was investigated.The test results showed that type A3 and type A4 had good performances,type A2 should be limited or not used as far as possible,and type Al was forbidden.Through regression analysis,good exponential relationships between penetration of blending road asphalts and content of furfural extract oils were found,and mathematical model was established.The models could properly guide to the production of road asphalt and had strong operability.
