摘要
彭州石化沥青与SBS改性剂相容性和配伍性差,若采用常规改性方法,制成的防水卷材性脆、耐老化性差。采用调整彭州石化沥青组成、SBS类型和加入量,加入稳定剂、抗老化剂等方法,研制开发"化学复合法"改性工艺,使SBS改性彭州沥青防水卷材达到改性沥青防水卷材国家标准(GB 18242-2008),并得到成功应用。
The Pengzhou petrochemical asphalt and SBS modifier had poor compatibility.If using the conventional modification methods,the waterproof roll made from the modified asphalt was brittle and poor aging resistance.By adjusting the composition of Pengzhou petrochemical asphalt,SBS type and dosage,adding stabilizer,inhibitor,etc.A modification process named chemical composite method was developed.The process made the quality of SBS modified Pengzhou asphalt waterproof roll to meet the national standard（GB18242-2008） and got successful application.
