摘要
介绍面向制药行业的信息化解决方案,即制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)在制药行业的应用。通过对制药行业的特性及业务流程分析,针对传统生产管理的弊端,介绍并分析通过MES管理实现的解决方案,实现对制药行业的信息化管理,以提高生产质量和企业效益。通过Pharma Suite软件实现,证实了制药行业应用MES系统可以实现生产管理实时、高效、可视化,相比传统生产管理模式有很大的优越性。
An information-based solution for the pharmaceutical industry, the application of Manufacturing Execution System in pharmaceutical industry is introduced. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and business process of the pharmaceutical industry and disadvantages of the traditional production management, the solution implemented by the MES management is introduced and analyzed, which realizes the information-based management of the pharmaceutical industry. The implementation of PharmaSuite software demonstrates that the pharmaceutical industry can realize real-time, efficient, and visualized production management through applying MES.
