摘要
在医疗信息化的发展趋势下,儿童接种已经从传统的注重疫苗接种过程中的信息记录和采集渐渐转向注重接种人群的医疗体验。文章调查分析了目前儿童接种手册的使用以及儿童接种服务中存在的问题,针对性地提出了系统化的解决方案。便于儿童家长和医务工作者使用的同时,提高了接种服务的效率和接种记录的准确性。
With the development of medical informatization, the relevant domestic health departments have transferred from focusing on the record to the user＇s experience when providing the vaccination services.After investigation of the problems during the immunization process, we focus on improving the child vaccination record to strengthen information systems and empower health works and families to protect children from specific diseases and eventually save lives. At the same time, make it much easier for the health worker to use the record, saving time and improving accuracy and efficiency.
