摘要
随着全球性创意经济的热潮,创意产业对于国内经济生产总值的贡献有目共睹,发展创意产业可说是未来提升产业经济的重要手段。对于创意产业而言,创意人才无疑是其中最关键的因素,如何培养出有竞争能力和可持续创新能力的创意人才才是其中的重中之重。就创意产业而言,无论是产业成熟度还是国际知名度,台湾较于上海都略胜一筹,其培养创意人才的手段之多样化更是让人惊叹不已,既有专门培育创意能力的民间育成机构,也有产学结合的育成中心等等。在此基础上,本文希望通过对台湾创意人才培养手段的介绍和研究,为上海地区加快培养创意人才提供一些启示。
With the boom of global creative economy, it is evident that creative industries contribute a lot to domestic economy, which reflects a vital method of promoting future industrial economy, that is, developing creative industry. With regard to creative industry, the foremost factor is creative talent and the cultivation of competitive creative talents with sustainable innovation ability. When concerned with creative industries, Taiwan is superior to Shanghai no matter in term of industrial maturity or international visibility. The diversified measures of fostering talents include both the folk breeding institutions that specially cultivate creative ability and incubation center combined with production,and so on. On these bases, the essay aims to provide some inspiration in order to accelerate the cultivation of creative talents in Shanghai by introducing and researching that of Taiwan.
