合肥产业转型升级影响因素分析——基于“中四角”16市的比较

Analysis of Affecting Factors of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading:A Case Study of 16 Cities in“Four Corners Region”

产业转型升级的核心是提高劳动生产率。利用2003—2012年统计数据,构建shift-share模型,对"中四角"地区16个城市的劳动生产效率进行了分解,得出产业内技术效率提高是产业转型升级的主要动力。运用面板数据模型,对产业转型升级影响因素的进一步分析表明,地区GDP、人均GDP、工业生产总值、政府支出、对外开放度的提高,对产业转型升级有显著正向推动作用。合肥应当坚持创新引领产业转型升级,提升区域竞争力。

The core of the industrial transformation and upgrading is to improve the labor productivity.By using statistical data from 2003 to 2012,and building the shift-share model to decompose the labor production of the 16 cities in the four corners,it reaches the conclusion that technical efficiency in the industry is the main power to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.By using panel data model,further analysis shows that the increase of regional GDP,per capita GDP,industrial GDP,government spending and open degree play a significant and positive role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.Hefei should stick to innovation to lead the industrial transformation and upgrading and promote the competitiveness of the region.
