摘要
创新驱动、创新成果产业化是创新型经济发展模式的主要标志。以创新要素聚集为核心的创新型经济正成为推动城市经济向更高阶段转型发展的重要方式。在总结杭州、南京促进创新发展的政策实践效果之上,对合肥加快推进创新型经济发展提出具体政策建议。
Innovation drive and industrialization of innovation achievements are the main features of innovative model of economic development.The practice of the innovation and development of Hangzhou and Nanjing,shows that the creative economy is the inevitable choice to lead the city transformation.Policy suggestions are put forward on speeding up innovative economic development after summarizing the important measures and analyzing the current problems on Hefei.
