On the Different Venture Capital Investment Institutions to Promote Regional Innovative System Development

创业投资机构推动区域创新发展已经成为学界的普遍共识,但不同类型创投机构在区域创新系统中的作用机制差异有待进一步探讨。通过调查问卷与访谈,笔者发现创业投资机构主要投资于种子期与创业期的企业。不同类型创业投资机构在推动区域创新系统发展时具有不同的特点、发展机制及作用效果等。

It has become a common sense in the academic world that venture capital investment institutions will push forward regional innovative development,but different types of institutions have different mechanism actions in the regional innovative system,which remains questionable.Through questionnaire and interview,it can be concluded that venture capital investment institutions mainly focus on these enterprises that are in their seed stage and business creation.Different types of institutions have different characteristics,development mechanisms and effects when they are pushing forward regional innovative development system.
