生态学视域下外语教师专业发展的应然之态 被引量:2

摘要 生态学原理的基本观点是整体关联,动态平衡,且生态主体与周边环境保持高度的适应与协调。用生态学思维审视和剖析外语教师的专业发展具有很强的适切性。首先,教师的专业发展本身就构成了一个生态系统。外语教师需结合本专业的特点和规律,积极建构完善全面的知识体系;努力提高整合教学各要素的能力;建立与相关生态主体合作交流的和谐关系。其次,外语教师的专业发展还应加强与学校定位、办学条件等内部环境的互动和协商,同时力求和社会发展、信息技术不断革新的外部环境相适应。 The main ideas of the ecological theory are entirety,relevance and dynamic balance.Ecological subject should keep adaptability and coordinately with circumjacent environment.It is suitable to analyse the professional development of foreign language teachers from in the view of ecology.First,teachers' professional development itself is an ecosystem.Foreign language teachers should positively construct total knowledge system,try to improve the ability to integrate every factor in teaching and establish a harmonious relation with responsible subject by collaboration and communication based on the major's characteristics and law.Second,they should strengthen negotiated interaction with internal environment,such as school-running orientation and condition,and make it suitable for the external environment,such as social development and innovations of information technology.
