摘要
本文分析了沁水煤层气田沁南区块煤层气螺杆泵井解吸产气阶段的生产特点,分析了螺杆泵井在该阶段烧泵的原因,在分析原因的基础之上进行井下工具的优选,并优化了该阶段螺杆泵井防烧泵的管柱设计。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the desorption and gas production phase of the CBM screw pump well in South Qinshui Block of Qinshui Basin,and proposes the causes of pump burning in this phase.Based on the analysis,optimal selection of underground tools is conducted,and the pipe string designing is optimized to prevent the pump burning in this phase.
