摘要
回顾了光流控技术在单细胞分析领域的应用,介绍了目前采用光流控方法进行单细胞操纵、处置及性能检测的研究进展,特别是单细胞分选、转染及注入过程,细胞变形检测方法等.证实了采用微流控器件整合光学方法研究单细胞蛋白质表达、基因表达等生物医学应用的重要性.最后对光流控实验平台未来的发展进行了分析和展望.
In this review,we focus on the application of optofluidics technology in single-cell analysis.To illustrate the application,we introduce recent development in optofluidics technology for optics-based single-cell manipulation,treatment,detection,especially in single-cell sorting,transfection and injection,and detection methods for cytomorphosis. All these achievements demonstrate the significance of single-cell microfluidic platform integrated with optofluidics on protein expression,gene expression and other related biological / medical areas. Finally,we discuss future development and improvement trend of microfluidic platform integrated with optofluidics.
