众所周知,兴业银行是我国环境金融先行者,是国内目前唯一一家采纳赤道原则的金融机构。多年来,该行深耕环境金融创新,已在队伍建设、业务模式、产品创新等方面建立了先发优势,积累了丰富的实践经验。在这一开创性的发展中,该行执行董事、董事会秘书唐斌先生一直是环境金融事业的积极推动者和具体组织者,而且还在公司治理、社会责任、可持续发展等领域都有较深入的理论与实务研究。本刊主编叶文振教授近期以对话形式专访了唐斌先生,与他就环境金融的理论与实践问题进行了深入交流。

As we know,the Industrial Bank is the pioneer in our environmental finance,the only financial institution adopting the equator principle in China.For years,the Industrial Bank has accumulated rich practical experience in environmental finance after taking the first-mover advantage in the fields of team-construction,business modes,product innovation etc.During the pioneering development,Mr.TANG Bin,who is the executive director and secretary of the Board,always impels and implements the undertaking of environment finance,and takes up the theoretical and practical studies in the domains of corporate governance,social responsibility,sustainable development etc. Professor YE Wen-zhen,the editor-in-chief of this Journal made a special dialogue interview with Mr.TANG recently to have an in-depth discussion on the theoretical and practical issues of environmental finance.
