奥沙西泮对酒精戒断性震颤谵妄的临床疗效及不良反应

Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Oxazepam for Alcohol Withdrawal Delirium Tremens

目的:探索如何能够增加酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者的临床治愈率和增加用药的安全性,分析和探讨应用常规药物治疗基础上增加奥沙西泮的必要性。方法:将2011年1月-2014年1月来我院就诊的80例酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组口服临床常规药物治疗,而观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用奥沙西泮,采取相同评价标准评价两组患者疗效和治疗过程中出现的药物副反应。结果:经过对比分析发现,对照组患者的临床总有效率明显低于观察组患者的,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.6601,P<0.05);对照组患者药物不良反应的发生率明显高于观察组患者,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=19.5267,P<0.05)。结论:临床常规药物联合奥沙西泮治疗酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者,不仅能够明显提高治疗效果,且无明显药物副反应,值得临床推广。

Objective ：To explore how to increase the cure rate in patients with alcohol withdrawal de- lirium tremens and increase medication safety, analyzes and discusses the need for increased oxazepam conventional drug therapy on the basis of applications. Methods： A total of 80 patients with alcohol with- drawal delirium tremens in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were divided into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with conventional therapy clinical, the observa- tion group was treated with oxazepam based on control group, and the same evaluation criteria was adopted to evaluate the efficacy and adverse drug reactions during the treatment in both groups of patients. Re- suits：After a comparative analysis, we found that the overall clinical effectiveness in patients in the con- trol group was significantly lower than that observed in patients （χ^2 = 3. 6601, P 〈 0.05 ） ;Adverse reactions of drug in control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group （χ^2= 19. 5267 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Oxazepam clinical routine drug combination therapy in patients with al- cohol withdrawal delirium tremens, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect without significant side effects of drugs, and it is worthy of promotion
