摘要
目的:了解酒店员工的职业倦怠状况,对其职业倦怠的成因进行分析,并提出应对策略。方法:采用职业倦怠量表(MBI),以某省3市不同星级酒店的员工为被试。结果:1酒店员工的职业倦怠处于中等水平(3.09±0.69),以情绪衰竭得分最高(3.53±0.92);2不同性别酒店员工的职业倦怠无显著性差异,但在低成就感得分上存在显著性差异(t=2.82,P<0.05);不同年龄段、不同学历、不同从业年限的酒店员工的职业倦怠存在显著差异(P<0.05);结论:酒店员工的职业倦怠处于中等水平,不同性别、年龄、学历和从业年限员工的职业倦怠存在明显的差异,进一步提升员工的适应能力,建立有效的奖励与评价机制,转变管理方式,有利于缓解员工的职业倦怠。
Objective:To understand the status of occupation burnout of hotel staff ,analyze the causes of their occupation burnout ,and put forward coping strategies .Methods:Using the Maslach Burnout In-ventory(MBI),3 city employees of different Stars Hotel were investigated .Results:①The occupation burnout of hotel employee was in the middle level (3.09 ±0.69),the emotional exhaustion was the high-est(3.53 ±0.92).②There was no significant difference in the occupation burnout between different sex , there was a significant difference in the low sense of achievement scores (t=2.82,P〈0.05).There were significant differences of occupation burnout between the different age ,education level and working years (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The hotel employee occupation burnoutis in the medium level ,there are obvious differences among different gender , age, educational background and experience in employee occupation burnout,there are some methods to relieve occupation burnout such as improve staff ability ,establish re-ward and effective evaluation mechanism ,changing management methods .
