大学生积极心理品质与应对方式、领悟社会支持的关系 被引量:77

Relationship among Copying Styles,Perceived Social Support and Positive Psychological Quality of College Students

摘要 目的:探讨大学生积极心理品质与应对方式、领悟社会支持的关系,为培养大学生积极心理品质提供理论依据。方法:采用中国大学生积极心理品质量表、简易应对方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表,对671名在校大学生进行调查。结果:①积极心理品质各维度得分均显著高于全国常模均值3(t=28.18~56.42,P<0.001),并在人性与爱(4.17±0.54)、正直与勇气(4.13±0.52)、正义与合作(4.00±0.54)3个维度上得分较高,在自我管理与谦逊维度上得分较低(3.62±0.57);②积极心理品质各维度得分在是否独生子女、城乡两个变量上无显著差异( P>0.05);在性别上的得分存在显著差异(t=-3.067,P<0.01);除自我管理与谦虚这一维度外,其它维度在年级上得分均存在显著差异(F=3.060~11.210,P<0.05);③积极心理品质各维度得分与积极应对方式(r=0.283~0.380,P<0.05)、领悟社会支持(r=0.210~0.311,P<0.05)存在极其显著正相关,正直与勇气与消极应对存在显著负相关(r=-0.098,P<0.05);④积极应对方式、领悟社会支持对积极心理品质总均分及各维度均有显著正向预测效应,消极应对方式对正直与勇气、人性与爱、正义与合作、灵性与超越、积极心理品质总均分有显著负向预测效应。积极应对方式、消极应对方式和领悟社会支持对积极心理品质各维度及总均分的累积解释度为9.5%~19.2%。结论:大学生积极心理品质发展状况良好;积极应对方式与领悟社会支持对积极心理品质有一定正向预测作用,消极应对方式对积极心理品质有一定负向预测作用。 Objective:To explore the relationships between copying styles , perceived social support and positive psychological quality , and provide reference for cultivating positive psychological quality . Methods:671 college students were assessed on Copying Styles , Perceived Social Support and Positive Psychological Quality scale .Results:① Positive psychological quality scores were significantly higher than the national average of 3(t=28.18~56.42,P〈0.001),and college students had higher scores in human nature and love(4.17 ±0.54),integrity and courage(4.13 ±0.52),justice and cooperation di-mension(4.00 ±0.54),and lower scores in self-management and modesty ( 3.62 ±0.57);② There were no significantly differences between whether or not the one -child,town and country ,but significant-ly difference in gender(t=-3.067,P〈0.01);In addition to self management and modest ,other dimen-sions scores were significant differences in grade (F=3.060~11.210,P〈0.05);③Positive psychology quality had significantly positive correlation with positive coping styles (r=0.283~0.380,P〈0.05)and perceived social support (r=0.210~0.311,P〈0.05),integrity and courage had significantly negative correlation with negative coping styles (r=-0.098,P〈0.05);④Positive coping styles and perceived so-cial support had significantly positively predict effect on positive psychological quality , negative coping style had significantly negative prediction effects on integrity and courage ,humanity and love ,justice and cooperation , spirituality and beyond , the positive psychological quality .Positive coping styles , negative coping style and perceived social support could predict 9.5% ~19.2%of variance of positive psycho-logical quality.Conclusion:College students'positive psychological quality is good;Positive coping and perceived social support has positively predictive effect on positive psychological quality ,negative coping has negatively predictive effect on positive psychological quality .
