摘要
目的:探讨大学生成就动机,主观幸福感与时间管理倾向三者之间的关系。方法:采用成就动机量表(AMS)、主观幸福感量表(SWB)和青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)对308名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:1不同性别大学生在成就动机、主观幸福感和时间管理倾向上无显著差异;不同年级大学生在时间价值感维度上存在显著差异(F=4.288,P<0.001);2成就动机与主观幸福感显著正相关(r=0.144,P<0.01),与时间管理倾向各维度均显著正相关(r=0.210,0.312,0.408;P<0.01);主观幸福感与时间监控观,时间效能感显著正相关(r=0.237,0.261;P<0.01),但是与时间价值感的关系不显著;3时间管理倾向的时间监控观和时间效能感对成就动机和主观幸福感的关系起完全中介作用,而时间价值感的中介效应不显著。结论:成就动机,主观幸福感和时间管理倾向三者之间关系密切,时间管理倾向在成就动机和主观幸福感关系之间起中介作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship between achievement motivation ,subjective well -being and time management disposition among college students .Methods:A total of 308 college students were tested by Achievement Motivation Scale ( AMS ) , Subjective Well -Being Scale and Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale ( ATMD ) .Results:①College students had no significant gender differences on the achievement motivation , subjective well -being and time management disposition , but the sense of time value were significant different in grades (F=4.288,P〈0.001);②Achievement moti-vation existed significantly positive correlations with subjective well -being and time management disposi-tion(r=0.144,0.210,0.312,0.408;P〈0.01);subjective well -being existed significantly positive correlations with the sense of time control and the sense of time efficacy tendencies ( r=0 .237 ,0 .261;P〈0.01),but had no correlation with the sense of time value;③The sense of time control and the sense of time efficacy had a complete mediation effect on the relationship between the achievement motivation and subjective well-being(P〈0.001),and the mediation effect of the sense of time value was not signifi-cant.Conclusion:Achievement motivation,subjective well -being and time management disposition a-mong college students have significant correlations and time manage disposition has a mediation effect on the relationship between the achievement motivation and subjective well -being .
