大学生负性情绪调节预期、负性生活事件与状态焦虑的关系

The Relationship of College Students' Negative Mood Regulation Expectancies,Negative life events and State anxiety

目的:探讨大学生负性情绪调节预期、负性生活事件与状态焦虑之间的关系。方法:使用负性情绪调节预期量表、青少年生活事件量表和状态-特质焦虑问卷对安徽某高校的300名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:1大学生状态焦虑水平在生源地方面存在显著差异(F=3.473,P<0.05),在辅导员管理方式方面存在显著性差异(F=3.932,P<0.05);2负性情绪调节预期与状态焦虑存在显著负相关(r=-0.478,P<0.01),且负性情绪调节预期对状态焦虑具有显著地负向预测作用;3负性生活事件与状态焦虑之间存在显著正相关(r=0.278,P<0.01),且负性生活事件对状态焦虑具有显著地正向预测作用。结论:大学生负性情绪调节预期水平越低,承受的负性生活事件越多,状态焦虑水平就越高。

Objective：To explore the relationship of negative mood regulation expectancies , negative life events and state anxiety .Methods：A total of 300 college students from Auhui University completed The Generalized Expectancies for Negative Mood Regulation Scale ,Adolescent Self -Rating Life Events Lists and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory .Results：①These state anxiety presented significant difference in these demographic variables,such as source（F=3.473,P〈0.05）,the regulation methods of teachers （F=3.932,P〈0.05）.②Negative mood regulation expectancies had significantly correlation with state anxiety（r=-0.478,P〈0.01）and could make negative prediction of state anxiety significantly .③Nega-tive life events had significantly correlation with state anxiety （r=0.278,P〈0.01） and could make posi-tive prediction of state anxiety significantly .Conclusion：The lower level of negative mood regulation ,the more negative life events they suffer ,the higher level of state anxiety .
