摘要
教师在培养高校学生创业能力过程中的导创作用主要体现在思维引导、心理辅导、实地诱导和个体疏导等方面。但在目前的大学生创业教育中,还存在诸多问题制约着教师导创作用的发挥,如教师创业经验的匮乏、客观创业环境因素的限制、创业教育与学科结合紧密度偏低以及忽视学生主观能动性。针对这些问题,学校应选择创业、企业经验较为丰富的教师实施创业教育;营造和改善校园创业环境;将创业知识渗透到各学科教育中;提高学生创业主动性。
In improving college students entrepreneurship, teachers should play a role in thinking guidance, psychological guidance, field guidance and individual counseling. However, there are some problems which restrict teachers' role, such as teachers' lack of entrepreneurial experience, restriction of entrepreneurial environment, low intensity of entrepreneurial education and subjects, and the neglect of students' initiative. According to these problems, colleges should select teachers with entrepreneurial experience to carry out entrepreneurial education; establish and improve campus entrepreneurial environment; incorporate entrepreneurial knowledge into subjects; and improve students' entrepreneurial initiatives.
