高职院校“五位一体”立体式资助育人模式的探索与实践——以常州纺织服装职业技术学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 国家资助政策的变化以及资助体系的不断完善给高职院校学生资助工作带来了新要求、新挑战,主要体现为由单纯的经济资助转为侧重对贫困生的综合帮扶。从"五位一体"资助育人模式的角度,归纳常州纺织服装职业技术学院资助育人方面的实践与经验,包括以经济资助为基础,调整优化现行资助体系;以心理援助为保障,排查疏导学生心理健康;以朋辈互助为方式,互学互助携手共同进步;以精神引领为支撑,确保资助工作持久稳定;以能力培养为目标,促进学生综合素质提高。 The change of our country's assistance policies and the improvement of the assistance system have brought new requirement and challenge to higher vocational college students assistance system, which represents the shift from financial assistance to the comprehensive assistance. From the perspective of “Five in One” assistance education mode, this paper sums up the practice and experience of assistance education ha Changzhou Textile Garment Institute, including the adjustment of the existing assis- tance system based on fhaancial assistance; psychological assistance; peer learning and assistance; sph-itual guidance and ability improvement.
