摘要
体内氧环境的稳定是促进多细胞生物生长发育的重要条件。缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)作为缺氧环境下广泛存在于哺乳动物体内的一种转录因子,参与机体对氧气的输送和利用,调控细胞氧平衡。本文将重点对其在心血管疾病中的作用进行综述。
Oxygen(O2) homeostasis plays a vital role in the growth and development of all metazoan species. As an oxygen-sensitive transcription factor, hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1) functions as a master regulator of oxygen homeostasis by controlling both the delivery and utilization of 02 under conditions of hypoxia. This review mainly summarizes the protective role of HIF-1 in cardiovascular diseases.
