摘要
共射放大电路是一种基本的放大电路,在电子技术中有着广泛的应用。文中按照设计要求进行了共射放大电路的设计,给出了放大电路详细的理论分析过程,并用Multisim进行仿真分析,通过仿真分析提出了设计方案中的不足。探究给出了采用增加射极跟随器和改变直流偏置电压的改进方案,对改进方案进行了进一步的仿真分析。
This paper demonstrates the general process of designing a single stage Common Emitter Amplifier under certain condition.The paper mainly analyzes the selection of resistors based on β- parameter model considering both DC and AC circuits. Besides,amendments and revisions are introduced to improve the properties of the circuit to meet the standard illustrated below. Specifically,adding emitter- follower and changing of the DC supply is basic concern to maximize the voltage gain. The effect of the circuit will be measured and presented by using Multisim simulation.
