摘要
本文基于1978—2012年的相关数据对广州市产业结构与就业结构的协调关系进行了实证分析。研究表明,自改革开放以来,广州市产业结构变化促进了就业增长,但较产业结构的变动而言,就业结构的变动存在滞后性。最后提出广州市产业结构调整与就业结构协调发展的建议。
Based on the related statistic data from1978to2012,this paper analyzes empirically the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure in Guangzhou.Research results show that since the reform and opening up,the change of industrial structure in Guangzhou has promoted the employment growth,but compared to the change of industrial structure,the change of employment structure lags behind the change of industrial structure.Suggestions are put forward for the coordination development of the adjustment of industrial structure and employment structure in Guangzhou.
