摘要
随着经济的发展,人们对生态补偿的认识也越来越深入。国外学者对生态补偿的理论研究较我国早,且具有丰富的方法实践,在补偿的方式、补偿项目的评估方法、生态补偿效果等方面有很多研究,对我国的生态补偿研究是有借鉴意义。
With the development of economy,people＇s awareness of ecological compensation is also growing in depth.Theoretical study on the ecological compensation of foreign scholars is earlier than ours,and has a wealth of practical methods.In the aspect of the way to compensation,the assessment of compensation project,and the effect of ecological compensation,there are lots of research results abroad,and there are also some useful references for our country.
