摘要
高校毕业生"就业难"问题日益突出,然而许多企业又面临"用工荒",毕业生就业诚信缺失是造成以上现象发生的主要原因之一。从博弈角度出发,分析了毕业生就业诚信缺失现象产生的机制,并从"失信的机会成本"角度出发,分析学校等监管机构对毕业生行为表现的影响,最后引入"重复博弈模型"改善问题。提出对策:一要增加就业竞争的透明度,降低毕业生之间的信息不完全、不对称;二要减少毕业生选择"失信就业"的期望得益;三要建立健全高校毕业生个人信用账户制度,把一次性博弈转化为重复博弈;四要完善激励监督机制,提高毕业生维权意识。
Employment problem of university graduates has been increasingly prominent,however,many companies are facing a"labor shortage"condition.The lack of employment honesty of graduates is one of the main reasons for the above phenomenon.The generation mechanism for the phenomenon of the lack of employment honesty of graduates is analyzed from the perspective of the game theory,and the impacts of regulators for example universities,etc.on graduates' employment behaviors are analyzed from the perspective of the opportunity cost of broken promises.Finally,repeatedgame model is introduced to solve the problem,based on which some countermeasures are proposed:(i)increase the transparency of competition for jobs to reduce the incomplete and asymmetric information between university graduates;(ii)reduce expecting benefit brought by graduates selecting"promise-broken employment";(iii)transform the one-shot game to repeated game based on the construction of sound personal credit account system of graduates in universities;(iv)perfect the incentive supervision mechanism and improve consciousness of rights safeguarding of graduates.
