老年患者气管插管全麻术中的护理

Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Tracheal Intubation in General Anesthesia

目的:探讨老年患者气管插管全麻术中最佳护理方法,为患者提供优质护理。方法:选取2013年7月-2014年7月在笔者所在医院手术室收治的60例气管插管全麻老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者给予临床基础护理,试验组患者给予优质护理,观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:经护理后,试验组的住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率13.33%明显低于对照组的40.00%,患者满意度96.67%明显高于对照组的63.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年患者气管插管全麻术中优质护理的临床效果显著,能够缩短患者住院时间,降低并发症发生率,患者满意度高,临床护理可推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the best nursing method of elderly patients with tracheal intubation in general anesthesia,to provide quality care for patients.Method：In our hospital operating room,60 elderly patients with tracheal intubation in general anesthesia from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental grou and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic clinical care,the experimental group was given high-quality care,the nursing efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Result：The hospital stay of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 40.00% in the control group,the patient satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 63.33% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of high quality nursing of elderly patients with tracheal intubation in general anesthesia is remarkable,it can shorten the hospital stay,reduce the incidence of complications,with high patient satisfaction,clinical care can be extended and application.
