摘要
目的:观察儿童保健门诊中健康管理教育的价值和意义。方法:选取笔者所在医院儿童保健门诊2011年5月-2014年5月接诊的220例患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组110例。两组患儿均给予相同的基础护理,试验组在此基础上强化健康管理教育,观察比较两组患儿家长的焦虑情况、不确定感以及对小孩满意度的差异。结果:试验组强化健康管理教育后,患儿家长对小孩的不确定感及家长的焦虑情况评分均明显低于对照组,对小孩满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康管理教育在儿童保健工作中作用显著,能够指导家长科学育儿,让儿童健康成长,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To observe the value and significance of health management education in the child health clinic.Method:220 children of pediatric health care out-patient admissions in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,110 cases in each group.The two groups were given the same basic nursing,the experimental group was strengthen health management education on the basis of basic nursing.The degree of anxiety,uncertainty and family satisfaction of the parents between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After strengthening health management education,the scores of parents’ uncertainty about child and the anxiety of parents in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the score of family satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The effect of health management education in child care work is significant,can guide the parents education scientifically,let children grow up healthy,is worthy of clinical application.
