帕罗西汀治疗植物神经功能紊乱症的疗效观察

Observation on effect of paroxetine to treat plant nerve function disorder

目的探讨帕罗西汀治疗植物神经功能紊乱症的疗效。方法将62例植物神经功能紊乱患者分成两组,对照组给予传统的单纯内科治疗,综合组给予传统的单纯内科治疗加帕罗西汀治疗,疗程为4周。于治疗前、后分别进行植物神经功能紊乱症状评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分的比较。结果植物神经功能紊乱患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,综合组SAS、SDS及植物神经功能紊乱症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。综合组中存在情绪障碍的患者治疗后症状评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组无情绪障碍患者的植物神经功能紊乱症状评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论帕罗西汀适合治疗有情绪障碍的植物神经功能紊乱患者,在改善植物神经功能紊乱症状的同时也可以改善情绪症状。

Objective To study the effect of paroxetine in the treatment of plant nerve function disorder. Methods A total of 62 patients of plant nerve function disorder were divided into two groups. Department of internal medicine treatment group was given only conventional treatment,the other group was given conventional treatment and paroxetine. Course of treatment was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, symptoms, self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and self rating Depression Scale（SDS） of the plant nerve function disorder were measured. Results Normal patients＇ score of SAS, SDS were significantly lower than patients, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The score of SAS, SDS and the plant nerve function disorder symptom of comprehensive treatment group was significantly lower than the department of internal medicine treatment group, the difference was statistically significant. Comparison of mood disorder patients, the score of the plant nerve function disorder symptom of comprehensive treatment group was significantly lower than the department of internal medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison of no mood disorders patients, the score of the plant nerve function disorder symptom of comprehensive treatment group was similar with the department of internal medicine treatment group,the difference was no significant.Conclusion Paroxetine can treat with the plant nerve function disorder in patients with emotional disorder and can improve the plant nerve function disorder and mood symptoms.
