多排螺旋CT脑灌注成像在超早期脑梗死前期诊断价值探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT脑灌注成像对超早期脑梗死前期的诊断价值。方法随机选取2011年10月~2013年10月期间我院接收治疗的100例超早期急性缺血性脑血管病患者,按照患者疾病类型分成观察组和对照组各50例。观察组为脑梗死患者,对照组为短暂性脑缺血发作患者,两组患者均接受多排螺旋CT脑灌注成像检测,对两组相关实验室指标进行观察对比。结果观察组患侧TTP、CBV、CBF显著低于健侧,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组患侧TTP、CBF显著低于健侧,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患侧TTP、CBV、CBF均显著低于对照组患侧,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT脑灌注成像能够对脑梗死患者作出超早期诊断,且能够有效鉴别诊断短暂性脑缺血发作,积极作用于超早期急性缺血性脑血管病患者正确选取治疗手段及评估预后,具有临床推广应用价值。 Objective To analyze the value of multi slice spiral CT cerebral perfusion imaging in diagnosis of early super early stage of cerebral infarction. Methods Randomly selected 100 patients over early acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013, according to the type of disease the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Cerebral infarction patients were in observation group and patients with transient ischemic attack were in the control group, patients of two groups were received multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging test, the relevant laboratory parameters of two groups were observed and compared. Results The ipsilateral TTP, CBV, CBF of observation group were significantly lower than the healthy side,there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05); The affected TTP, CBF of control group were significantly lower than the healthy side, there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05); The TTP, CBV, CBF of observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT cerebral perfusion imaging can make early diagnosis of cerebral infarction, and can be used to diagnose TIA, plays a positive role in super early stage in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease to select the correct treatment and evaluation of prognosis, it has the value of clinical application.
