摘要
目的研究细节管理模式在供应室护理管理中的应用。方法选取2012年1月期间我院100位医护工作者进行问卷调查,我院于2012年1月起对消毒供应室实施细节管理模式,采用细节管理模式研究的时间为2012年1月~2014年1月。于2014年1月细节管理模式实施两年后再次抽取100位医护工作者进行问卷调查。结果实施细节管理模式以后,消毒供应室中心的包装满意度、回收满意度、服务满意度及发放满意度较实施前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实施细节管理模式以后,消毒供应室中心的安全识别能力、风险防范意识以及服务意识的评分较实施前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论细节化管理模式在消毒供应室应用中可以显著提高临床科室的满意度,提高护理质量,可以在各个医疗机构进一步推广和应用。
Objective To study detail management model applications in the supply room nursing management. Methods Chose 100 medical workers in our hospital from January 2012, and conducted a questionnaire survey. From January 2012, our hospital implemented the detail management model, and during the period from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital conducted the implementation details management model. In January 2014 when details management mode implementation lasted for two years, chose 100 health workers again to carry on the questionnaire survey.Results After the implementation of details management model, sterile supply room recycling center satisfaction, packaging, distribution satisfaction improved significantly compared with the implementation of pre-service satisfaction, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After the implementation of details management model, the scores of secure identification, risk awareness and sense of service improved significantly compared with pre-service, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of the details management model in the disinfection and supply room can significantly improve the clinical departments of satisfaction, improve the quality of nursing care, can be further extended and used in various medical institutions.
