摘要 大数据带来了一种全新的生产力,科技的进步带来了巨大的机遇,同时也使每个人都面临着数据的冲击,极易产生数字鸿沟,数字鸿沟必然造成贫富差距。如何搜集并挖掘数据的深层含义,采用互联网思维进行政府治理模式的变革,成为提升政府公信力和国家竞争力的重要因素。"云物大智"时代背景下的政府治理具有支撑政府精准智慧决策、提高服务质量等作用。在此基础上,要充分发挥互联网思维和大数据的作用,积极推进柔性网络执政,倡导"以人为中心"的政府柔性治理理念,践行一种全新的现代政府治理模式。 The big data has created a new productive force, the progress of science and technology has brought great opportunities. At the same time, they also expose everyone to data impact, causing the digital divide to occur easily and then leading to the inevitable wealth gap. So how to collect and grasp the deep meaning of data and transform the pattern of government governance using the Internet thinking becomes the important factor to enhance the credibility of the government and national competitiveness. Governance under the background of clouds wisdom helps to support the government's accurate smart decision-making and improve the quality of public services. On this basis, we should give full play to the role of the Internet thinking and big data, actively promote the flexible management of the Internet, advocate the "people-centered" flexible governance by government, and implement a new kind of modern government governance mode.
