摘要
当前幼儿园集体教学活动普遍存在只见教师不见幼儿的弊端。为真正发挥集体教学促进幼儿发展的积极作用,教师应树立和美教育的理念,以幼儿真善美的和谐发展为最高追求,关注幼儿情感与理智的协调发展,通过目标的整合融通、环节的自然圆通、方法策略的灵活变通构建和美课堂,实施以教学活动过程、教师教育教学行为、幼儿发展情况为核心维度的课堂评价,关注师幼平等互动,尊重并支持幼儿自主学习,实现教师专业发展与幼儿更好发展。
At present, the collective teaching in kindergarten has many problems, of which the biggest problem is that teachers often can not see children's needs and requirements. To change the situation, teachers should focus on children's harmonious and aesthetic development and redesign their classes. At the same time, teachers should interact and communicate with children in a more equal and respectful way.
