摘要
高等教育的人才培养质量,在很大程度上是由利益主体决定的。高等学校必须将利益主体之间矛盾着的需要协调起来,达到一定程度的和谐。关于质量提升的问题,从实践上考虑,就是要找到影响质量的各种因素,并努力在这些因素上下工夫,从而提高质量。评价一所大学或专业的办学水平或质量,由于结果标准具有很强的个性特点,因此只能采用过程标准而不是结果标准。
The quality of talent training of institutes of higher education is largely determined by the subject(s) of interest.Universities and colleges have to coordinate the conflicting needs of interest parties as to attain certain harmony. To promote quality, in practice, one has to discover the factors that influence it, and then puts some effort on those factors. Process standard rather than result standard is favored to evaluate the running level and quality of a certain college or major, due to the strong personality traits of the latter.
