农民工高质量闲暇生活的缺失及应对之策——以G市少数民族农民工为例

Farmer Workers' Lack of High-quality Leisure Life and Measures Suggested: A Case Study of Minority Farmer Workers in G City

较高的闲暇生活质量作为市民性的重要特征对于少数民族农民工的市民化具有重要意义。由于各种因素的影响,当前我国少数民族农民工的闲暇生活质量总体水平偏低,表现为闲暇时间缺乏、闲暇活动简单、闲暇品味较低等。为此,需要动员各种社会力量,提高农民工的待遇,保障其权益以增加闲暇时间,动员组织援助以丰富其闲暇活动;宣传优质闲暇文化提高其品味,提升其自身能力和素质为提高其闲暇生活质量打下基础。

High -quality leisure life as an important feature of citizens is significant for the citizenship of minority farmer workers. Due to various factors the leisure life of Chinese minority famer workers at present is generally of low quality; they have little leisure time, simple leisure activities, and a low leisure taste. It is argued that various social forces should be mobilized, better treatment given to farmer workers, rights and benefits guaranteed to them, rich leisure activities organized for them, a higher taste of leisure culture cultivated, and their overall abilities and qualities improved.
