摘要
利用黄石市1954—2013年近60年的降水、气温、风速及雷电等相关资料,分析了在全球气候变暖及城市快速发展的背景下,黄石市城市内涝、高温热浪、大风、雷电等灾害发生的特征及变化趋势,并对全面增强应对气候变化能力提出了几点建议。
Based on the meteorological observation data of precipitation, air temperature, wind speed, thunder and lightning in the period from 1954 to2013 in Huangshi City, the characteristics and change trend of the main urban meteorological disasters in Huangshi,such as waterlogging, high temperature,gale, thunder and lightning disasters under the background of global warming and city's rapid development were analyzed. And some proposals were put forward to comprehensively enhance the capability to cope with climate change.
