生态健康养殖畜禽产品质量安全的经济学问题研究

The Ecological Health of Breeding Animal Products Quality and Safety ProbLems in Economics

为保障畜禽产品有效供给和公共卫生安全,以稳步提升我国动物卫生安全水平为目标,文章采用动物卫生经济学思路,认为我国畜禽养殖的多元化经营存在着与规模经济理论相悖的情况。在描述和分析动物疫病及其畜禽产品供应链上质量安全监管机制的同时,阐述国外畜禽产品质量安全研究概况。针对国内畜禽养殖业发展阶段与管理现状,指出我国畜禽安全管理的最薄弱环节是生产阶段。我国面临着对安全、优质畜禽产品市场及出口需求与众多分散、无组织的小规模家庭生产矛盾。探讨生态健康养殖畜禽产品质量安全的经济学问题,剖析了影响畜禽产品销售利润的因素。结合某养猪场的案例,从兽医角度与经济角度2个方面考虑,对疫病防控做成本—收益实证分析。最后提出解决畜禽及其产品质量安全问题的建议。

In order to ensure the effective supply of animal products and public health safety, this article introduced the basic concepts and methods of animal economics to analysis the contrary situation of the diversification livestock and scale economic theory. Additionally,the animal diseases and livestock products quality supply chain and safety supervision mechanism were described and analyzed, while foreign animal product quality and safety research were overviewed. In view of the present situation of development and management of livestock, pointed out that the weakest point of the livestock products quality in Chi na is the livestock production stage.China is facing market and export demand for safety, high quality of animal products with a number of scattered, unorganized small family production contradiction. The factors that affect animal products sales profit and the economics problems of animal products quality and safety were analyzed. Combined with the case of a pig farm, from the perspective of veterinary and economic to consider an empirical analysis of disease prevention and control cost-benefit.At last,some suggestions were put forward on sloving animal products quality and safety problems.
