The cone production is an important guarantee for natural regeneration of Pinus koraiensis. The effects of measurement factors, environmental factors, disaster factors and management measures on cone production of Pinus koraiensis were elaborated, and the prediction methods of cone production of Pinus koraiensis were explored. A prediction model was presented depending on meteorological factors and Pinus koraiensis cone production data, and the corresponding mathematical methods were introduced to predict Pinus koraiensis cone production. The paper can provide theoretical basis and technical support for cone picking and management of Pinus koraiensis.
