摘要
研究了4种抗硫化返原剂对天然橡胶(NR)的硫化特性、抗硫化返原性能、物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,与空白样相比,抗硫化返原剂对胶料MH、t10和t90、物理机械性能的影响较小,但可以明显改善胶料的抗硫化返原性能。其中,WY918在硫化返原初期就有显著的抗硫化返原效果,而WK901、ZXK900、PK900则在过硫化后期有较好的抗硫化返原效果。
The influences of anti-reversion agents on curing characteristics, anti-reversion proper- ties and mechanical properties of NR compound were investigated. The results showed that the incor- poration of anti-reversion agents had little influence on the cure characteristics such as M_H, t_10 and t_90 of NR compounds, but can obviously improve the anti-reversion properties. WK901, WY918 showed significant anti-reversion effect at the beginning of optimum cure state, while WK901,ZXK900,and PK900 showed good anti-reversion effect at the later stage of postcure state.
