摘要
研究了填充炭黑用量、炭黑粒径大小因素对改性丁基橡胶(MFIIR)的硫化特性及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑填充量增加,硫化胶拉伸强度、定伸应力、初始弹性模量(G′)和损耗模量(G″)均随之增加,然而硫化胶的tanδ值则呈下降趋势;随着炭黑粒径的增加,混炼胶正硫化时间tc90、tanδ值增大,G′和G″下降。
The effects of dosage and different particle size of carbon black on properties of modified butyl rubber (MFIIR), such as curing characteristics, mechanical properties and dynamic mechani- clproperties,are discussed. The results show that with the increase of the dosage of carbon black,the tensile strength, the initial elastic modulus (Gr)and loss modulus (G") increase, whereas, the peak val- ues of tan 9 decrease. At the same time with increase of the carbon black particle size, the vulcanization time and the values of tan δ increase, and the initial elastic modulus G'and loss modulus of G" decrease.
