摘要
研究了碳纳米管(CNTs)用量对炭黑(CB)/CNTs/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)和SiO2/CNTs/SSBR力学性能、导电、导热性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明,随着CNTs用量的增加,胶料的正硫化时间和焦烧时间缩短,硫化速率提高,硫化胶的力学性能、导热及导电性能明显改善;当CNTs用量相同时,CB/CNTs/SSBR的综合性能要优于SiO2/CNTs/SSBR,但是当CNTs用量超过6份时,二者之间的性能差别较小,SiO2/CNTs/SSBR的部分性能如拉伸强度、300%定伸应力甚至优于CB/CNTs/SSBR。CNTs的最佳用量为6份。
In this work, the influence of the amount of CNTs on mechanical property, thermal con- ductivity, electrical conductivity and dynamic property of CB/CNTs/SSBR and SiO_2/CNTs/SSBR composites was studied. The results illustrated that, with the increase of the content of CNTs, the op- timum cure time and the scorch time of SSBR compounds decrease, and the curing rate increases; meanwhile,the mechanical property, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of both CB/ CNTs/SSBR and SiO_2/CNTs/SSBR composites are improved. When the addition level of CNTs keeps constant, the combination property of CB/CNTs/SSBR is better than that of SiO2/CNTs/SSBR. How ever,the properties of the two composites become similar when the mass fraction of CNTs is more than 6 phr,some properties of SiO_2/CNTs/SSBR,sueh as tensile strength,modulus at 100% ,are even better than that of CB/CNTs/SSBR. The best addition level of CNTs is 6 phr.
