摘要
三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的第三单体乙叉降冰片烯(ENB)的含量直接影响橡胶制品的硫化速度、拉伸强度、形变程度等物性参数。本文利用傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对EPDM进行了研究,获得了ENB含量已知的标准胶红外谱图。通过适当的样品前处理和IR-Solution软件的基线校准功能,分析了特征吸收峰的校准吸光度值,利用特征吸光度比值与ENB含量的关系建立了回归曲线,进而利用此标准曲线测定不同ENB含量(质量分数在0.5%~12%之间)的EPDM样品中ENB的准确含量,通过红外测定值与1 H-NMR的数据比对,验证了方法的准确性。
The content of the third monomer ENB of the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) can directly affect the curing rate, tensile strength, deformation degree and other physical parameters of EPDM rubber. In this paper, EPDM was studied by Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Through proper pre-sampling method and baseline calibration function of Software IR-Solu- tion,different ENB ahsorhencies were acquired. The relationship between the ratio of two specific ab- sorbencies and the content of ENB can establish a regression curve. From this curve,the accurate con- tent of the third monomer of EPDM with different ENB content (mass fraction between 0.5% and 12%) can be calculated. The accuracy of this method was validated by comparison of data obtained from FTIR and ^1 H-NMR.
