术后心理干预对卵巢癌患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of postoperative psychological intervention on negative emotions and life quality of patients with ovarian cancer

目的 分析术后心理干预对卵巢癌患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响.方法 选择在本院接受手术治疗的卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受常规术后护理的对照组和接受针对性术后心理干预的观察组,比较两组患者的负面情绪、应激水平及生活质量评分差异.结果 （1）观察组患者接受针对性术后心理干预后的焦虑及抑郁评分均明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）;（2）观察组患者接受术后心理干预后的GIU、E、NE、COI水平均明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）;（3）观察组患者接受针对性术后心理干预后的各项生活质量评分值均明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）.结论 卵巢癌患者术后进行针对性心理干预可以有效缓解患者不良情绪状态,缓解全身应激水平,最终提升术后生活质量,具有积极的临床意义.

Objective To analyze the effect of postoperative psychological intervention on the negative emotions and life quality of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods Patients with ovarian cancer surgically treated at our hospital were selected as study objects and then were randomly divided into a control group,routinely cared after the operation,and an observation group,psychologically intervened targetedly after the operation.The negative emotions,stress level,and life quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the psychological intervention,the anxiety and depression scores and the levels of GIU,E,NE,and COl were significantly lower and the life quality scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Targeted postoperative psychological intervention for patients with ovarian cancer can effectively relieve the patients＆#39; negative emotion and stress level and eventually improve their postoperative life quality and has a positive clinical significance.
