小组负责责任护士管床制在批量白内障围术期患者中的应用

The application of team and primary nurse responsibility system in batch perioperative cataract patients

目的 探讨对批量白内障超声乳化围术期患者实施小组负责责任护士管床的整体护理服务模式的临床实践效果,总结经验,有效提高住院患者的服务质量.方法 将1721例入院将行白内障超声乳化手术的围术期患者以是否预约入院分为实验组900例与对照组821例.对照组给予整体护理＋功能制护理模式,实验组实施小组负责责任护士管床制的整体护理服务模式,对比两组患者在不同护理模式下健康教育的知晓度及护理服务效果,对患者住院期间安全事件的发生率,患者、医生等对护理工作的满意度等数据进行对比.结果 实验组患者健康教育的知晓度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,实验组患者、医务人员的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,实验组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 小组负责责任护士管床制整体护理模式可提高患者健康教育的知晓度,提高护理质量,提高患者、医务人员满意度.

Objective To investigate clinical practice overall effect of team and primary nurse responsibility service model in batch of perioperative phacoemulsification cataract patients,summarize the experience,and effectively improve the quality of inpatient services.Methods 1721 perioperative patients undergoing phacoemulsification surgery were divided into experimental group and control group,900 cases in experimental group,821 cases in control group.Control group received holistic nursing care combined with functional nursing care model,while experimental group received team and primary nurse responsibility holistic nursing care model.Compared health education awareness and the effect of nursing services,the incidence of security incidents during hospitalization,the satisfaction of patients and doctors on nursing care between two groups.Results Health education awareness in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）,satisfaction of patients and doctors in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）,the incidence of adverse events in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Holistic nursing care model of team responsibility combined with primary nurse responsibility can improve patients＇ health education awareness,enhance the quality of nursing care,increase satisfaction of patients and medical staffs.
